About the team
A plan for the business you run
West Virginia SEO Company connects your services and territory to a manageable plan for your website and local presence.
Request a conversation
Begin with the owner's decisions
The first question is what you want the business to do next. You may want more inquiries for an established service, better information for customers in nearby towns, or a website that explains a new offer. Those goals require different priorities.
West Virginia SEO Company provides SEO, website design, content writing and reputation support. The team behind the brand has worked in SEO since 2009. Our approach starts with the business facts you can verify, then turns them into a scope you can review before paying.
A limited budget needs choices. So does a busy business that can accept only certain jobs or travel only on particular days. We ask about those limits because a page promoting an unavailable service can create extra administration without helping the owner.
You do not need to know the technical vocabulary. Send the website and explain the part of the business you want to improve through the free search review.
What happens after the first inquiry
We reply within one business day. We may ask which services matter most, where customers are located and what you already have in place. If you have no website, tell us how customers currently contact you and what they need to know before doing so.
The review identifies the next useful decision. That may be choosing a smaller search focus, correcting business information or agreeing a website project. It may also show that your intended coverage needs a larger scope than you expected.
Email gives you a record of the discussion. If a conversation would be easier, use the call request form. You choose a preferred time, and we confirm the arrangement by email.
An order request records the service, selected plan and billing choice. We confirm the details and send a payment link by email. Submitting the form itself does not charge you.
Give each page a job
Keyword planning connects a customer question with an appropriate page. The homepage introduces the business. A service page explains a specific offer. An article can answer a related question in more depth, while a useful place page explains what serving that area actually involves.
We look for gaps and overlaps before recommending a long list of new pages. Two pages trying to answer the same question may need to be combined. A missing service explanation may be more urgent than another general article.
Your business facts guide that map. We ask which locations you can serve reliably and which inquiries you would decline. We also need to know whether a different service requires a different form, appointment process or explanation.
The plan's keyword allowance defines the initial focus. It does not mean that a larger number will be appropriate for every business. Compare the package contents alongside the territory and services you want to prioritize.
The first month has a defined scope
Every SEO package includes Google Business Profile optimization, citation building and cleanup, and review-generation work. Each also specifies keyword research and quantities for guest posts, Web 2.0 assets and amplification links. Larger tiers add the items shown in the comparison.
We confirm access and business details before working on accounts. You retain control of the information that identifies your business. A profile should describe the real business and its actual customer arrangements.
The listed package delivery windows run from 8-10 days for First Steps to 16-18 days for Broad Coverage. Completing package activities is different from seeing a search result. Visibility and inquiries usually need to be assessed over months, with the starting website and competition affecting progress.
New website builds and content subscriptions have separate scopes. The domain count in an SEO package is an allowance for SEO coverage, not a promise to build that many sites.
Understand what a report row tells you
Each reported link has a live URL, a target page and anchor text. The live URL identifies the page where the link appears. The target page is the destination on your website. The anchor is the wording used for the link.
That lets you inspect the placement and its destination. A report should prompt useful questions: does the target page still describe the right service, is the linked wording appropriate, and can a customer take the next step?
The report is a record of completed activities. Your own inquiry information supplies another part of the picture. Tell us when requests come from places you cannot serve or concern services you no longer offer. That feedback can change the next priority.
We describe report contents here rather than publish another client's report. Your account data and plans stay separate from those of other businesses.
How we approach placements
Guest posts are articles placed through outreach on third-party websites. We do not own those publishing sites. The package specifies a DA threshold, but a score alone cannot establish whether a placement is appropriate.
We consider the connection between the subject, the publisher and the destination page. A reader following the link should reach something relevant to the surrounding article. Discuss the proposed approach with us if your business has specialist requirements or subjects it needs to avoid.
Web 2.0 assets are pages on publishing platforms that link to your site. Amplification links point to the guest posts and publishing-platform pages rather than directly to your website. Their quantities are shown separately in the plan table.
Links carry risk, and no service can guarantee how a search engine will treat them. Google's link-spam policy addresses links created to manipulate rankings, including paid links that pass ranking credit. Ask about relevance and link qualification before choosing a package. A third-party publisher also controls whether its page remains online.
Keep the business in your hands
Your domain and Business Profile should remain under your control. When access is needed, we agree the appropriate permissions; you should not need to give up ownership of the account.
Your existing content remains yours. For commissioned writing and website files, the proposal should state what is being delivered and the rights involved, including any third-party material. We settle that scope before the project starts.
We do not invent staff, reviews, offices or results to make a website look established. You approve claims about your own business and provide examples you have permission to publish. Our client-work pages identify the actual type of business, campaign period and documented result.
We may work with competitors in the same area. Each client's information is kept separate, and we do not offer market exclusivity.
Review the fit, and change course when needed
SEO subscriptions run month to month and can be cancelled anytime. Contact the team by email to cancel. If you prefer a defined initial period, each SEO tier also has a one-month-only option without a subscription.
Cancellation ends future service; search positions and third-party pages remain outside our control. A website or custom reputation project follows the scope agreed in its proposal. Ask about any ongoing services before approving that proposal.
For a first conversation, the website address and a short account of your goal are enough. Request a search review or email support@westvirginiaseo.company. We will help you identify a practical next step for the business you have today.
