Content-writing subscriptions are priced by monthly quantity and article length. Website design starts at $400 and is quoted per project. Reputation management is quoted according to the work required.
Read the current scope before paying. An on-page audit or content-gap analysis is analysis; it does not include an unlimited allowance for development or writing. Additional pages, products, markets or functionality need an agreed scope. If a published detail appears inconsistent, ask the team to clarify it before payment.
Delivery and search results
The stated delivery windows refer to completion of the ordered work. Search engines independently decide whether to index or rank a page. We do not guarantee a position, traffic amount, inquiry count or revenue. Case studies and testimonials describe individual past experiences and are not a prediction of your outcome.
You are responsible for providing accurate business information, materials you have permission to use and the access needed for agreed work. Delayed information or approvals can affect project timing. We will discuss access requirements through an appropriate channel; do not submit passwords in public inquiry forms.
Monthly service and cancellation
The published monthly SEO packages are month to month and can be canceled by email. Contact support@westvirginiaseo.company to confirm the current cycle and next billing date. One-month-only options have no subscription. Any project-specific payment, cancellation or refund arrangements should be confirmed in the written scope before you pay.
Communication and call requests
We aim to reply to new inquiries within one business day. A call form records a preferred day and time; the appointment is only confirmed when the team confirms it by email. If that preference is unavailable, we will suggest another time. Published working hours are Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Eastern Time.
Client information and competition
We may work with more than one business in an area or industry. Published plans do not provide exclusivity. A client's private data, reports and plans are not shared with other clients. Our privacy policy describes how information submitted through this website is handled.
